I did a search and found nothing on the site about this company. Does anyone have experience with this company?

The site seems kind of sparse and there is no contact info other than a form to fill out.

My wife's 2021 228i GC's passenger seat had to be pulled. I did have the key in my pocket, but I did not switch on the ignition. These more recent models, I suppose, are always on. After being gone for about twenty minutes, the seat is now protesting. Is there a method to reset this, or do I have to see the dealer?
