I too noticed the spoiler looks more vertical or sticks out more on certain cars from looking at different pics on this forum. Is it just the angles the pic was taken or the way it was installed?

E92 spoiler is taller while the e90 lip is lower and sticks straight out more.

Unfortunately the E92 Performance spoiler is not a direct fit on the E93. I believe someone makes a replica in an E93 application, and you could have IND paint it for you.
