The Doctor Strange movie is coming and is part of the phases of development for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Strange was referred to in the Captain America: Winter Soldier. In fact phase 2 is about to end, this movie will kick off phase 3. Iron Man will reportedly be in the film as will Black Panther.

Daniel Bruhl migh be one of the villains
