I believe there was another thread start selling Porsche parts by a person with the same picture but different name. It was very obvious that they were fishing.

I'm a Moderator for 600rr.net (Honda motorcycle forum) and see a lot of this as well, especially when someone post a WTB thread.
The scammer will respond to the thread with "I know someone who has one, email/text them at xxxxx". It's almost as these scammers run a full time business with this stuff. And what sucks is how many people fall for this... Last edited by itsrichierich; 12-06-2021 at 12:03 PM.. |
