If you want to keep your ZCP EDC I wouldn't lower the car more than 1". This is what causes all the problems when the car is slammed. It puts the shocks/struts in a incorrect valving situation and will accelerate wear. I would go with the Eibach which just barely lowers the car another .25" or do a sleeve over kit. Just keep the drop to a minimum. If you want to slam it ditch the EDC all together and use the MS emulator so you don't get a code and do whatever you want to your hearts content.

Keep in mind, you start lowering your car and you have anything from a cracked subframe or cracked diffy mounts the dealer is going to blame the fact you lowered the car.

As others and I have mentioned, you can get the V1 as well. It'll allow you to get the ride height adjustment and quality matched shocks without the higher price of the V3.

The DDC is an electronically adjustable KW shock set up. You can control it with a controller or through your smartphone.
My mistake. I thought he was referring to the sleeve kit as I thought the OP was discussing options of KEEPING the EDC rather than swapping out.
