How do you replace this?
Where is it located?

It's part # 1.

Relatively easy to replace. It's under the intake...you'll see it as soon as you remove it.

I just replaced mine, car would sputter and stall after filling the tank with gas. There's a few threads on it and this part is the fix.

If you gas up...and let it idle for 5-6 mins...idle become erratic and it stalls. Goes into N. Hit Start button...all is fine.

If you gas up and drive normally..it doesnt stall.
If you gas up and hit a long red light..within the first 1/4 miles..it stalls if you idle for more than 5-6 minutes.
