Opinions/experiences regarding thermogenics (OxyElite users gtfih)

Been using this for about three weeks now. Noticed rapid initial weight loss and am still losing weight at a steady and consistent pace. Of course, I'm also in a cutting phase so my overall caloric intake is significantly lower than it was, so the weight loss isn't a surprise, but I'm definitely noticing quicker results than I'm used to. I've experienced elevated heart rates and a more energized feeling, much like any stimulant gives me, but it feels sustained and controlled.

Anybody have any experience with these types of products? Did they work for you, or is it all bullshit?

Would also like to know if anybody's tried out Clenbuterol (clen) before.

Not too sure about the OxyElite, but I have used clen on a couple occassions. It works great, but it has quite a bit of sides (not good for your heart, muscle cramping, shakey hands) that are not so great and kinda make it not worth it. Just continue to cut calories, add some early moring cardio on an empty stomach and you will see some great results.

i use OxyElite Pro as well(currently not taking it)...but it definitely gives you a boost in energy and weight loss as long as your diet/intake is decent. it keeps me pumped througout the day...as good as anything else i've taken before.

Honestly, the effects are negligible, and don't justify the cost in my opinion. Diet is the main factor when losing weight.

Having said that, the only thermo I've ever used was Lipo 6 several years ago...

I use this for extended amounts of time when i'm cutting and i've noticed very few side effects. The first few times I took it I felt a little jittery, but that's because I never drink caffeine.

I would take it 20-30 minutes before breakfast in the morning. I'd go to the gym and do my cardio for 25-40 minutes early and it really boosts your metabolism all day long. I went from about 155lbs down to about 142-245lbs and have been strength training ever since. About every 1-2 months I do a few week cycle of cutting again and always use oxyelite. I'm not back up to about 150lbs and have cut my body fat down a ton, as well as being much stronger in the gym.
