For some reason I hasn't seen your thread before. Looks good, but going from catless to catted with the headers probably limited some of the gains. Have you thought about getting a custom tune for the headers?
The thread I was referring to the owner had a custom Dyno tune done along with the headers which netted 35rwhp/25tq over test pipes and a OTS tune: https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1508424&highlight=ARH+headers |

That would be great. Do you know if they do custom tuning? I wonder if they can extract some power from the headers. Can you pass along his contact info? Or should I go thru you?

You can simply look at the picture and see the transition in and out of the muffler (can’t tell whether the muffler is 2.5 or 3.0” inside), at the ball transitions at the rear exhaust end, and at the header collector to midpipe. Yes, most appears to be 3”, but some is less — probably 2.5”.

Becker says theirs are 1.6" OD and 1.5" ID for the primaries. Which sounds like it lines up to the smaller ARH option. Seems like we are stalled at 60%, 8500RPM made a donation in person.

Honestly, even if the x-pipe is not a 3" setup it doesn't really matter as 2.5" is enough for the amount of power the S65 can put down. Unless you are supercharged I really don't see the reason needing the same size piping that ARH has unless you want the same kinda sound. I suspect that this tri-y header has more of a higher pitch and rasp to it than the ARH, but that is besides the point.

Headers are here, lets get this goal reached so I can dyno!
Quality seems pretty good, header flanges look good against a straight edge no warpage. The parts of the mid section that is 3" do seem pretty big in person.
