New Tires FTM Issue

I just installed new tires, going from 255/35-19 & 275/35-19 to 275/30 and 295/30 and ever since they were put on I get a FTM "Flat Tire" warning every 100km or so. I check pressure and it's all even and good and initialize the FTM but it keeps coming back.

No codes on the DSC or ABS modules.

Any ideas?

Did you replace the TPMS sensors, or is this one of the cars that used wheel speeds to detect low tire pressure? If it's #1 you may need new TPMS sensors. If it's #2, the FTM system may be freaking out about the new tire diameters.

I have same Tire setup with Michelin PS4s and got new HUFF TPMS Sensors installed on all 4 wheels. I have Forgestars F14 wheels with super deep concave...after install. simply reset Tire pressure calibration through your idrive. I have zero issues.

FTM does not use sensors. TPMS does. OP looks to be in Canada where they use FTM without sensor.

Unfortunately, you are resetting correctly. I'm not sure what would cause that issue though.

I use F 255/35 R19 R 275/35 R19. No Flat Tire warning, works OK.

May-be it does not like rear 275/30 decreased diameter? Do you run 2,4 bars front pressure and 2.6 bars rear?

I have an experience of running F 265/30R19 89Y and R 295/30R19 100Y Toyo Proxes R888 R. No light.
