I think so. Most lifters would be happy if they gain 1 lb of muscle in a month.

I would love to hear from someone who has done the P90X and the Insanity workout and give feedback on both.

I think its possible as long as you stick to the diet and keep pressing play. If I'm not mistaken you have to do more reps with lighter weights to get ripped. I may be wrong. I've been using 10 pounds and that get heavy after awhile, so I hope you purchased some adjustable weights or something. Good luck!

What's the difference? I'm doing the harder one I think..Classic, right? Isn't lean the one before classic?

There are 3 workouts total, classic, lean and doubles. Classic is the one you wanna do to bulk up and get toned, lean is to drop some weight and get toned and doubles is for athletes who want to stay in shape or prepare for a big event. I would say doubles is the hardest one of them all.

I am doing the lean vesrion beacause I am going on vacation in about a month, so I wanna get in better shape (or in Shape.) When I come back I will either start the lean version all over again or do the classic to gain some muscles for the summer.

I am very sore from last nights Ab Ripper X! I was able to do about 20 reps on 95% of the exercises. I only completed the easier once of course. Well not easier, but less harder than the others.

I recommend those who have already completed the program or have shown some real progress, post pics as a motivator to the rest of us.

I'm about the same as you except I substitute lunch and dinner with lean cuisines.

On the weekends or when I have more time, I normally eat grilled salmon over a bed of baby spinach, feta cheese, dried cherries and tomatoes (sprinkle lemon on the salmon).

Edit: and a lot of water all day. Extra creatine in the AM and before I go to bed.

Lemon is a must . But doesn't the Lean Cuisines have a lot of sodium? Are you doing the lean or classic version?

Did you purchase any of the Beach Body supplements? I am contemplating on buying the recovery drink.

I am doing the classic. The sodium is not that high but I drink extra water to combat being bloated from the sodium intake.

Also, I can get Lean Cuisines or Healthy Choice meals 4 for $10

So it helps out in the finance department.

Cool, gonna have to try them. Do you like the recovery drink? I was looking into the Endurox R4 recovery drink. They are somewhat similar, but R4 is about 15 bucks cheaper if you take shipping into account.
