I personally find it ugly, even in real life. Well, ugly is a taaaad harsh, but still, I wouldn't be buying it for its looks. Then again, who buys a Bimmer for its looks anyways.

I sat in one not too long ago. I felt STRONGLY reminded of my e46 coupe.

Which brings me to the question of, how does the 1 series compare to the old e46 in overall size? It appeared in person to be pretty near the same length and width.

I saw one from the front on Monday at the lot i park in in SF on 3rd and Harrison. I saw it from the front and thought it was a 335i. I told the attendant (he's always asking about my new 335i) it's like the 335i in the front. It was only when I walked past it I noticed it was a 135i!

I saw this car on Monday in SF - anyone from here? (i doubt it..figured i'll ask)

its a nice car but its way too small to be of any use... might as well get a z4 if you want such an unusable car
