I'm running a set of 19x9, 19x10 437m wheels on my F33.
235/40 in the front, 265/35 in the rear.
They fit great.
I think the things you're going to need to pay the most attention to is the wheel offset. I don't know the offset of the 437m's offhand.

no experience per se, but i know your desired setup will fit without issue

if you don't mind giving up 10mm of rear width, consider a square setup using the front size of 255/35 on 19x9 ET35. you will be able to rotate any way if non-directional tires are used. in the link below BIMMERGUY91 has 255/35/19 on 19x8.5 ET35 square. your fitment would be exactly the same but the tire will not have any pinch, since 255 fits perfectly on 9".

hey thanks for the reply! 255 all around looks dope, but i have doubts it would work if i lower the car...

one more question -

19x8.5 et33 245/35
+
19x9.5 et40 265/35

With HR sports should not be an issue i assume?

no issue with 255/35/19 @ ET35 on a lowered car

no issues but because the front diameter is smaller than the rear, the front gap will be larger than the rear and there will be a slight forward rake. 235/40/19 is better size for the front tire for appearance. 245/35/19 up front is better for handling if you don't mind the gap discrepancy. with gap discrepancies height adjustable coilovers are necessary if you want even gaps.
