My 2013 BMW M3

Starting a thread to share my M3.
Instagram: @m3thans.garage
Picked up my Jerez 2013 E92 M3 on July 29th 2023.
I looked at over 25 E9x M3's over 9ish Months, finally found one that was up to the quality and in my price range.
Jerez, fox red two tone inserts, Gloss Carbon Fiber interior trim, DCT, Sunroof.
Came with eibach lowering springs on stock EDC shocks, square 19x10 set of satin black 359's and a Corsa Exhaust.

It was listed on the Facebook groups on a Sunday, I went to see it Wednesday night after work, and picked it up Saturday morning a little bit north of Boston. My friend drove me to pick it up in his E90 M3 Comp, here's a pic in Boston:

Enjoyed the car for a few months...
Then decided to tackle a bunch of maintenance at 74k miles at Woodward Motorsports:
BE Rod Bearings/bolts+engine mounts+oil pan gasket
OEM Valve covers replaced + gaskets
Slon Vanos Covers
Fuel Breather valve
DCT Service.

Picked up a set of style 219M wheels with some Michelin Pilot All Seasons for the winter driving. The M3 isn't my daily... but I still drive it at least once a week as long as the weather isn't too bad/no salt.
Also found a set of oem chrome grills, really changed the front end and matches the wheels.

And in November I installed a PomPerformance GTS1 style front carbon fiber lip.

Nicely done. Beautiful pics. Love 219M's. Going in your buddy's E90 is...epic.

What else you have planned for it? Like the more OEM/mature direction you took with the car. Refreshing for sure. Thanks for sharing

Thanks! I do a lot of car photography as a hobby and take a lot of pics of my M3 so I'll continue to share pics.
I was actually looking at F8x M3's and then my good friend got his E90 Comp, I had ridden in a few E9x M3's over the years but driving my friends m3 it felt amazing and started the hunt. My dream car is a GT3 and I've been lucky enough to drive a few and the S65 8400rpm felt so similar to me. I really think this M3 is the greatest driving experience for the $$$

Current plans are to continue refreshing it, its at 74,xxx miles, I got the drivetrain to pretty much fully maintained so after a big paint correction this spring, I want to start redoing suspension/bushings and brakes next. I kinda want to keep EDC so I'm thinking Bilsteins EDC alternative and maybe some adjustable height springs.

Nothing too crazy mod wise, definitely want an intake plenum sooner than later. I'm 23 so I'm hoping to keep it nice to enjoy for many more years.
