You can follow or check them out on youtube!

My workout regiment is pretty simple and it's not to "Get ripped" or lose weight. I'm at a healthy weight as it is, I just want to keep my body in shape.

With that being said.

Cardio - Run 4 times a week (8-9 miles; each run is 2 miles; sometimes I'll do 3 miles; will run on the following days, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

Pushups - Do about 500 push ups once a week

Then I have some free weights I to workout the following muscle groups

Curls (Biceps)
Shrugs (Shoulders)
Bent Lat (Shoulders + Traps)
Up Right Rows (Shoulders)
Shoulder Press (Shoulder)

Also after running I'll do lunges without weight to work out quadriceps

No offense at all but that does not seem like a very well balanced plan. I think you should look for a workout that's already planned out. There are plenty out there that you can do that will keep you in shape but that will work out all of your muscle groups and will overall be a better fit for your goals.

my favorite move is to walk in and pick the first hot girl and follow her around like a puppy and copy her. when she notices i just say how weird it is we thought of the same workout and then we leave and do cardio.

After 6 rounds of Insanity (2xRegular, 2xAsylum, 2xAsylum2), I am almost done with Beta round of Focus T25, going into Gamma phase soon.

25 minutes a day (except Fridays).

Original 5/3/1 with 5x3 BBB template from Beyond 5/3/1. I also do Joker sets when I'm feeling good. Deloads happen after either 3 or 6 weeks depending on how beat up I'm feeling, lol. I will also throw in some power cleans after deadlifts, rotator cuff work after benching, and shrugs after OHP day. I'll even do an occasional curl here and there, but I pay careful attention not to "major in the minors" though.

I def need those three days for rest considering how intense the workout is. I don't really track my gains per se however I do pay attention to my strength on a weekly basis. I can tell you that even week 1 to week 2 my body is adjusting to the endurance needed for these workouts pretty damn well and the small increments i've made so far in weight have not hindered the amount of reps I can pump out. Very excited to see this through to the end, thanks for the recommendation!

Hanh Champion was my favorite.

Otherwise, old school Kevin Levrone, Lee Priest, and Shaun Ray
