Looking at purchasing soon, question - I don't see the bowden cables being used in any of the pictures in this thread or on your website - do you provide your own, do you use a different manner of attachment to the aluminum (BMW) bracket? Or you bypass?
Also- the stock pan, specifically where the opening is for oil cooling, seems to be shaped a certain way. To me, it looks like it could be done so in order to direct airflow upwards into radiator. Your panel is perfectly flat. I know you didn't test in wind tunnel, but did you entertain this difference while designing? Thanks!

Yes, airflow and cooling was considered with the design. Our undertray has the correct provisions for the oil cooler airflow. Airflow enters from the front of the car at the bumper inlets and travels downward, not vice versa. The radiators are forward-of and above the underpanel, airflow cannot be made to travel upstream. The same airflow path as the OE parts is used with our undertray. In real world testing and reports from owners, we note moderate decreases in oil temps particularly in cars where our undertray replaced damaged or missing OEM panels. Seeing as most felt underpanel sets are severely compromised and new sets are so easily damaged, this undertray is almost always going to be an improvement to what's probably there. |

I wanted to double check fitment on supercharged e9x (specifically ESS G1). Recently saw a G1 owner selling one on Facebook and he stated it does not fit with the intake in place

We have them in stock.
As far as discounts...We started offering these years ago at the $400 price and have not raised that price ever since. We, like everyone else have experienced significant rise in costs for aluminum and materials, CNC costs, shipping costs, reduced dollar value, etc. Instead of increasing the price or changing to a thinner aluminum (like other guys) we are absorbing the losses and will continue to offer them at the same fixed price. |
