18666 when I added the SC and 19400ish now. Never had any pulsating before.

Me either until I added the extra power to the driveline. I also had significantly more miles so I would think at under 20K your guibo is probably not the issue. Mine would only do it under boost, but if you're saying 4K RPMs then that may not be the answer since boost doesn't come on until a little later with the centri if I'm not mistaken.

Basically, whenever the boost comes on, and Im pushing forward under load, the car pulsates. I notice it the most 5-7K. But I have felt it as low as 4K and up to 7500rpm. Ive since stopped driving the car.

What are your A/F ratios reading under boost and WOT? It's possible that some of the newly installed hardware is contacting the vehicle somewhere giving you vibes. Since your rod bearings were just replaced I imagine a large amount of components were removed from the front end. Maybe see if you can do a visual inspection from under the subframe looking up?

Have you checked all of your lines for a vacuum leak?

The plan is for EAS to take a 2nd look. Just waiting on when to tell me when they can. Im just asking questions to educate myself on what others with TPs have experience.

I have a similar issue in 2nd on my 625 kit. I think its a combination of wheel hop and since the Xpipe is not supported as well as oem with my test pipes. Weird you have this in the higher gears though.

Eventually I plan on doing engine/tranny/subframe mounts and at the same time making sure the Xpipe isn't rubbing on anything.

Wait? Your car pulsates with the 625 kit?

Im not wheel hopping at all. Im cruising 50-60 in 4th at 4K rpm and mashing it to the floor. As It goes and makes boost, its pulsating.

What do you mean xpipe not supported? Whats that about?

+1 on my S/C M5 I had an issue with a torn vacuum hose that was effectively causing my BOV to flutter and create a similar effect. It shouldn't be hard for them to check your lines for leaks.

Oh, no nothing like that at all from my SC. Don't really see how your exhaust could be the cause, when was the last time you changed your sparkplugs? Need to change about every 15k with a supercharger, around 35-40k if your stock.
When I had my SC installed I forgot to change my plugs, until I changed them out power would kick in and out at high RPM. Purred like a kitten after changing. If not plugs could be one of the coilpacks, or vacuum leak would do it as well "some installers don't clamp down all the hoses in the proper way"

Plugs and oil changed when sc was installed. Did 522whp. Drive it home and noticed it was pulsating. They told me let it adapt. 3-4 tanks later I'm still seeing it.

I don't think we have the same issue. Mine is a vibration.

The test pipes remove the front Xpipe mount which I think could possibly be causing my problem.

I had a turbo'ed car that used to pulsate on hard acceleration when planted in 2/3rd gear.

It started once i fitted an electronic boost controller, i'm not sure how the boost is handled on your supercharger setup but what i had to do was configure the 'gain' so that they electronic valve didn't open and shut so quickly. Less gain meant that the boost didn't come on as hard but it solved my pulsating issue....

No idea if this is applicable to your circumstances

I would assume it's controlled by the BOV/Recirc valve. Which would be controlled by the vacuum system. Are you holding constant boost when it's vibrating?

Another thing to check would be the center support bearing.

Hard to diagnose over the internet. Maybe a video would help.

I would say its an issue with the BOV but that wouldn't be limited to certain gears. I can't figure that one out.

Well, mines going back to EAS Thursday. I' pretty much parked the car since my last post but my M5 broke down on me in Lake Havasue of all places! I had to drive my M3 yesterday and today until I got my m5 back this afternoon. So until I can limp it to them, it's parked again.

I'm so over my cars right now.

No pulsing on my VT2-600 kit. If you have logging you could look at airflow, timing, and possibly fueling (though fueling moves slowly). Unfortunately for us, the Bavtech documentation is horrendous so I'm having to go through monitor by monitor to determine what it does.

Couple days pass and wife and I go to Lake Havasu (4hr one way) to attend to our boat for the coming season and 1/2 there I notice the CEL is on! No errors in the idrive. I stop, turn it off, back on and CEL is still there.

I now notice its running rough. We have no choice being in the middle of the desert but to proceed to town. I get to town and find on euro car shop and the guy comes out scans my car and tells me its saying it was running lean and some other errors about fuel or whatever. He tells me its probably an injector going bad. Tells me the closest dealer is Vegas 300 miles away, so he clears the codes and I limp it home to my dealer. They replaced the part(s) and Im all good now, but dam.
