in the end it depends on your own experience..purchase ..lease..service...check Yelp Reviews or Goggle Reviews..they range all over the place.....but its good to post your experience here to keep us informed..this is why this Board thankfully is here..to educate..share and learn..

yea, i thought it was strange. in chicago they have free drinks and snacks. there's one in the north suburbs of chicago that even has a chef cook breakfast for free. probably one of my favorite places to wait for service.

the worst was in irvine, ca. they just have a lump of vending machines. it reminded me of a toyota dealership. lol

don't get me wrong, i don't wanna sound cheap but part of what you pay for should be comfort and service. that's part of what i feel the package is when you buy a luxury car.

You Florida folks just need to drive on up I-95 a bit and try Hilton Head BMW. They don't play games like others...plus you'll want to take Performance Center delivery anyway (yes, it is great) if you're not doing ED.

so far have never been to a BMW dealership where the salesmen are waiting outside to greet you....you just happen to drive by and want to take a look ...have seen that even at Mercedes there waiting for you...but sales is sales and different approaches work for some...

Yes. Braman made the cut for 2011 and 2012 then fell off.

Once you go to the Morristown BMW, you will see why Parkave i missing.
I never felt Parkave had a good service.
Morristown BMW really shines in customer service and care (before and after) . They are very prompt, and doesn't really give you much problem for any kind of services you request.
Also, you get a life time free car wash at the dealershop
Yea but I've been bait and switched at Morristown and number of bad sales experiences. Service is not bad but to me there recognizing volume players not necessarily good dealerships.

I've had bad service and asked for. 10 out of 10 on the survey. There just better at asking than most.
