I had it wrapped in 3M Film Black Carbon Fiber. Remember no CF roof on the e90. No moonroof on this M3 for a lower center of gravity

I thought Fire Orange was a Lime Rock Edition only color, no idea they made it before the LRE run.

I'll post some pics tomorrow. My fiancee was driving it to work until we took delivery of the new addition to the family, an ActiveHybrid3. I must say, if you have to be ///M-less, this is not a bad way to go!

335hp and $5250 in rebates. Too good a deal to pass up. But I digress...

Pics will be up tomorrow of the carbon fiber trim and alcantara steering wheel.

Thank you! I actually decided to get Fire Orange when I had an opportunity to get some hot laps in the M3 GTS<--link to thread. This limited run of 250 for the world was available everywhere except the US. When I won the first M Sales award in 2010, I was flown to France where I was allowed access to BMWs "Area 51".

It was here that I saw the GTS in person, as it roared in off the track sideways, tires smoking. Instant wood. I decided right then that my next BMW would be painted this exact color.

I worked with Individual and now have one of probably five e90 M3 Sedans ever produced in Fire Orange.

That's awesome! Sounds like it all had to fall into place for it to happen. Pretty cool!
