Exhaust rear section removal

Je voulais juste obtenir un consensus général ici sur ce que la plupart des gens font en supprimant la section arrière. Les deux boulons de diff avant où les cintres s'assoient, le manuel appelle pour 100NM pour fixer les deux boulons. Ma clé dynamométrique ne monte malheureusement que jusqu'à 60 pieds-livres.

Combien d'entre vous sont A) juste serrer autant que possible ou B) en utilisant les spécifications de couple correctes? Merci

Vous n'avez pas besoin de coupler les boulons d'échappement, sauf pour les boulons du collecteur car ils vont dans la tête. Il suffit de les serrer. Ne t'en attendais pas. Je trouve que la plupart des gens qui ne sont pas mécaniques ont trop serré les choses. Nice et confortable est très serré.

Il suffit de les serrer et oublier.

the bolt in question is only 26ft/lbs. I think people used to overtightened this bolt resulting in broken diff bolt. if I'm not mistaken, diff bolt screws into the diff itself and thus the exhaust hanger bolt doesn't need to be tightened so high.

I'm confused now. #6 is what I'm referring to but that bolt also holds the front diffs which has a torque spec of 100NM I'm referring to. The two front diffs bolt onto the subframe and comes out of #6.


Differential Drain Plug - 60 NM (44 ft lb) - 14mm Hex
Differential Bushings (front) - 100 NM (74 ft lb) - 18mm socket
Differential Bushing (rear) - 165 NM (122 ft lb) - 21mm socket

right. diff bolt is threaded into the diff. it'll not come off when you undo the exhaust hanger nut.
