Couldn't find anything related , but I was at a stop in Neutral and the revs started bouncing up and down and then suddenly the car hit 0 & turned off.. I have a video of it , just couldn't figure out how to post here. Any input is appreciated! Car is a 2011 e92 M3

Not uncommon...
First check gas cap and make sure it's secured, and potentially replace if not sealing since its the cheapest to check first..
Just drive it and don't worry about it unless it happens again... could be a fluke.
If it happens again, next steps I think would be fuel breather valve, idle control valve, and then injectors/plugs... I'm not an expert, but I've had that happen and did a lot of reading on here.

MannyM3 wroteYep don't sweat this one too much... especially if it was after fueling. Probably a loose gas cap, which is hard to tell, so even if it feels like it was on, just take off and click it back on. Next guess would be fuel breather, again since it was after a fill up.wfdeacon88 wroteThank you so much! GORDON.M3 wroteThank you for the link! This will be my second option if the first one doesn't work 👍🏽
i had this problem. it was solved after i replaced my trottle actuators
MannyM3 wroteAs it was stated above, its 99% the fuel breather valve. Mine did it a few times and the valve is on its way to be changed. It does is only after a refuel. If it is the gas cap, mine at least, throws a message, to check the gas cap on the dash.Couldn't find anything related , but I was at a stop in Neutral and the revs started bouncing up and down and then suddenly the car hit 0 & turned off.. Alexand3r wrotethe message for a gas cap doesn't always work... sometimes it can be closed but not really sealed all the way.MannyM3 wroteAs it was stated above, its 99% the fuel breather valve. when I was new to my E92 I didn't know that it had the auto-stop/start fuel saving feature.....and I had accidentally turned it on. scared the crap out of me.
