Hey had a question I've been running on an alpine map since around 2018 and I was under the impression it would improve gas mileage but at this point I just checked this last full tank and I'm around 250 miles driving like a grandma not even in sport mode. I can't really remember but before I felt like I was getting like 350ish? Might be going crazy not sure.

Just requested a few new maps with diff options think will this help the gas mileage?

What condition are your spark plugs, fuel injectors and o2 sensors in? I find this engine to be very sensitive to spark plugs and the fuel injectors can be a source of problems like bore wash/scoring or leaking

Also are you driving like a grandma for short distance, city driving. I get way better mileage on highway drives.

I'm just about to hit 32k miles so I think it's time to change the plugs for sure. Not sure about the fuel injectors or o2 sensors though. Entirely close range city driving mostly only have put about 16k miles in 5 years on it I need to drive it more but alas child/wife/responsibilities.

Flashed a new map with 93 octane I finally found near me and reset the mpg. Car runs even better and I was getting 18-19 mpg so should be good

Suppose I just missed out on this GB? If there,s another on coming up, lmk...
