Oil change mess at filter.

Au cours des 9 dernières années et 140 000 miles que j'ai mis sur la voiture (acheté avec 20k), j'ai fait environ 18 changements d'huile. Au cours des 4-5 derniers changements, j'ai eu des problèmes lors de la suppression du bouchon du filtre à huile et des fuites d'huile partout dès que je l'ai dévissé. Je place des serviettes pour minimiser le gâchis, mais je ne me souviens pas avoir ce problème au fil des ans jusqu'à récemment. Peut-être que je l'ai fait et que je vais devenir sénile. J'ai essayé d'ouvrir rapidement, lentement, de soulever le côté passager et de me vider en premier. Pensées ?

Peut-être lié ou par coïncidence, mes températures d'huile ont été plus élevés au cours des 2-3 dernières années que je crois peut-être liée au thermostat à huile (thermostat et capteur de liquide de refroidissement changé). Je ne sais pas si cela pourrait potentiellement causer l'huile de rester dans le boîtier lorsque le moteur est éteint?

ouvrez-vous la vis de vidange avant puis le bouchon d'huile et laissez-le s'écouler avant d'ouvrir le filtre?

Yes, both the front sump and the main plug.

strange, is the inside of your oil filter cap broken? When you start to remove the cap, the lifting tip opens the port, allowing oil in the filter to drain down into the crankcase

Definitely not. Maybe I just need to loosen a few turns and let it sit, prior to unscrewing to the point oil starts flowing out???

when the oil is at temp it drains out of the filter housing with slow unscrewing.

Is it possible some of the oil is leaking from the filter area before you do the only change, but you only notice it when you are replacing the filter? If that's possible consider these two ideas:

BMW update the recommended torque on the oil filter "head cover" to 40 NM and no longer recommends the lower 25 NM they stamped on it. See this post here for more info.
