2010 PDC button?

Je viens de prendre ma voiture hier. Il a largement dépassé mes attentes. En regardant le manuel, il montre un bouton PDC à côté du bouton d'ombre arrière sur la rangée inférieure des boutons. J'ai remarqué que le mien n'a pas de bouton là juste un blanc. J'ai dû sortir et m'assurer que la voiture était bien spécifiée, et en effet j'ai obtenu un PDC qui semble fonctionner correctement. Est-ce que quelqu'un d'autre qui a reçu un commentaire de PDC en 2010 peut dire s'il a supprimé ce bouton?

Nous n'avons pas le bouton - Je ne sais pas à quoi il sert de toute façon puisque PDC est automatique lorsque vous le mettez en marche arrière. Je pense que le manuel que vous regardez est le manuel épais de la série 3 et pas l'un des deux manuels spécifiques M.

c'est pour le contrôle de distance du parc frontal Euro.

Would be nice to turn off the rears if you are sitting in reverse waiting for someone to move or something.

it is for the front PDC and not a the rear. We don't have front PDC, so this is why you don't have that button ...

Neutral = OFF . Plus you save your clutch . But yes, a switch would be better indeed.

That's strange indeed. Is the US M3 LCI getting front PDC? Could be.

Have a 2011 M3 convertible. Would love front PDC. Anyone added it? Can we get the euro parts?

I would like a front PDC also. Does anyone know of an aftermarket?

I did a Front PDC Retrofit last week.

Wrong.

Automatic Activation
The park distance control is activated automatically by engaging reverse gear. Activation
takes place with a delay of about 1 second. This delay prevents unintentional activation of
the park distance control when passing through the R-position when changing the drive
range.
On vehicles equipped with a central information display, it is possible to select whether
the distance to the obstacle is to be indicated visually.

Automatic Deactivation
The front and rear park distance control remains active after disengaging reverse gear.
Automatic deactivation of the park distance control is initiated under following conditions:
• Vehicle speed greater than 12 mph/20 kmh
• Distance greater than 50 m

Manual Activation
The park distance control can be switched on
or off by pressing the PDC button (2).
Illumination of the function indicator (1) in the
PDC button indicates that the park distance
control and therefore the distance recognition
function is active.
Manual activation of the function is possible
only up to a road speed of about
12 mph / 20 kmh.

So what's the answer? Is there a button to turn off rear PDC or are these instructions for front PDC?

There is no button to turn off the rear PCD. It's activated when the car is in reverse. It will turn off automatically when you take the car out of reverse. That's the behavior for a car with only Rear PCD.

The instructions relate to the behavior of full (Front & Rear) PCD.
