Just a quick note, C&C has been moved to Saturday October 10th this month. Apparently the lot was double booked and isn't available this Saturday because of Oktoberfest Festivities.

Yep. As long as the weather is nice, I should be there!

Anyone else thinking about going to C&C in Charlotte this weekend? Got a few people interested in maybe meeting up beforehand, was thinking about trying to put something together again.

I'll be there, assuming the weather holds up, and I'm up for meeting again.

Let's hope it stays dry enough. What did you have in mind in terms of meeting up?

Anyone have experience with a good detail shop in town they'd recommend? Don't need a correction, just a good polish/wax before winter gets here. I may still end up doing it myself, but if there's a quality service for a decent price, I'd skip spending a weekend doing it on my own.

I'm actually having a single stage paint correction done Wednesday by Mike @ CMC Detailing (http://www.cmcdetailing.com/). I know he works closely with Nick Parks @ Parks Detailing (http://parksdetailing.com/) on some bigger projects as well. Looks like they both offer a base protection detail as well, which may be more along the lines of what you're looking for.

Thanks! I'm looking for a single stage polish also, but it's not bad enough to need more than that. Let me know how the finished product turns out. I'm sure your MW doesn't show as many imperfections as my Jerez does.

There is a really nice paved lot in front of the speedway but not sure how they would feel about it.

Update on Charlotte C&C from yesterday for those that don't keep tabs on their forum- there will be a gathering tomorrow at a temp location at Maserati Charlotte/Scott Jaguar (also Foreign Cars Italia location) at Tyvola and 77. And good news, sounds like there should be a new permanent location for the Feb meet.

Was a decent turnout. Definitely not as many cars as there were at the Music Factory but quality was certainly there.

Not sure if any of you non-FB saw this, but it looks like it might turnout to be a decent meet:

Saw an E90 ZCP - Interlagos blue this weekend in birkdale. Didn't have a chance to talk to the guy but I was wondering if anyone on here knows of him or is him?
