Fault Code 2B26 -- P155D

Anyone know the fix for fault code 2B26 -- P155D. I know what the code means -- the explanation is here:

Have swapped actuators bank 1 to bank 2, no change. Have swapped in 2 rebuilt actuators, no change. Have swapped throttle position sensors from bank 1 to bank 2, no change. Have swapped in new throttle position sensor, no change. Have cleared codes, cleared adaptions. Tried 2 different scan tools (one gives P155D and one gives 2B26 plus 2B57 engine malfunction reduced power).

If you have swapped the parts around with no change in the bank the code is coming from, it may be an issue in the harness. You need a pin-out diagram and need to check for voltage drops/resistance in the harness between the DME and the actuator on bank 2.

I have the same issue. This happened right after I have replaced the throttle actuators with 2 refurbished ones. The car ran fine right after the replacement but in the evening, I saw the P155D code about 3 to 5 minutes after I started the car. How did everyone resolve this issue?
