Silverstone is underrated on E90s, clean looking car!
wyatth wroteThanks! I agree. I wanted Melbourne red for the longest time but saw this in person and fell in love.Silverstone is underrated on E90s, clean looking car!
Stunning at all angles. I've considered powder-coating mine satin black, but I really love how the hyper silver pops. Feel like some of the detail will get lost with a darker wheel.
E9T.two wrotePerfect. Of course I'm biased tho. Same spec.Stunning at all angles. I've considered powder-coating mine satin black, but I really love how the hyper silver pops. Feel like some of the detail will get lost with a darker wheel.

oeM3jr83 wroteMineral white is truly one hell of a color... I saw my friends in person for the first time few months the back and honestly I think I would choose MW over my AW if I did it all over again.Weekend warrior
wyatth wroteI love the gunmetal! It looks great with the AW!^ Great shot!!
Black looks nice on some builds, but it does hide some of the beauty of the wheels.
I like the gunmetal because it shows the details, while still offering some contrast to my AW, and hides brake dust (F* cleaning these wheels!). That said, silver is classic and I'll probably trade for silvers at some point just to mix things up.
Double Trouble (not sure why the upload quality looks like a potato, the original file is a sharp shot).
^ Thanks! I am actually looking to mix things up and go back to stock/silver. Ideally I'd find someone to trade so that the gunmetal gets enjoyed, but so far no local takers. Given this, has anybody refinished OEM wheels - is there a paint code or some other way to match the OEM finish?
I'm tiring of the gunmetal + 35% tint. I'd be happy with either gunmetal and fishbowl, or tint and silver wheels ... and changing wheels is probably cheaper, lol.

wyatth wroteNot sure the exact OEM colour can be re sprayed mate, but it still comes out nice. Done it a couple of times and happy.^ Thanks! Theres a good wheel refinishing company in the east bay called Pacific Rims, i had them refinish my set of 359m, and they came out VERY good. Its not cheap, and i sent them an OEM wheel to color match with. But now they should have the color on catalogue.
