Hi there, I've only ever had sim rigs for my PC but I think I want to get one for my PS5 (assuming I can ever buy one). Is there any information available about what systems will work with PS5?
Fanatec has confirmed compatibility of PS4 products will also apply to the PS5.

I believe the simulation is much better on PC than on PS4/5 or Xbox.

That's probably true, but I don't want to pay for a gaming PC just to run simulators. I am already planning to get the PS5, and I am not a sim junky. I just like playing sims in addition other video games.
Gran Tourismo 7 on PS5 should be epic.

Im on the other side, would like to try iRacing. But since Im on Ps4, nothing from Fanatec would work on PC (Xbox would).

All I could reuse is my seat. Would need PC, Fanatec PC gear + new monitor and stand. :/

Was thinking about the same, can't wait to play it
i have a good pc.... but i'll probably get a ps5 and rig when GT7 comes out as well. GT-series is a nice cohesive package with alot of the major brands included. and sometimes modifying is just as fun as racing in these games.

for the price of a 3080 gtx (if you can find one) you can just buy a PS5. Granted, that 3080 will blow away the PS5 in terms of graphics.
Hi there - the launch CSL DD isn't PS compatible: https://simracingcockpit.com/fanatec-csl-dd/ - have you come across drivehub? I know that works with the CSL Elite but not sure about the CSL DD. In any case, Fanatec has announced they're working on PS4 / PS5 compatibility (read: getting a licence agreement sorted with Sony!) but IDK what shape that will take - firmware, an adapter, or a different flavour of CSL DD. The safe thing to do is wait or buy a DD1...

Yep, I built an all-new rig, with Trak Racer seat and triple monitor stand, pre-built gaming PC with a Ryzen 9 and 3080 card, triple 32" 1440p 144hz monitors, and Fanatec CSL wheel and pedals.

All in was just over $6k.
The GT DD Pro just opened for preorders today. It's just a CSL DD with Ps5 compatibility(in the wheelbase as usual) and a really ugly steering wheel lol. It looks to be a port over of the last official Gran Turismo steering wheel from Thrustmaster.

I placed an order for the GT dd pro, load cell pedal, and 8nm power supply. Managed to land a PS5 for retail this week as well, and added F1 2021. Excited!

Need to get good recommendations bro
i have sim racing rig that works with PC Xbox and PS5 so yes you can have all of them
I'm still using the Thrustmaster T150/ T3PA pedal combo from my PS4 now on my PS5. Everything works just fine!
