Lady Jane wroteIt looks like a Schwinn.A BMX Style with a 1982 650cc Ducati Pantah engine. Double single sided forks.
1916!
Lady Jane wroteI've always lusted after Ducatis; so much the better if it's built as a café racer. As we know from our choices in automobiles, art in motion has a lot to be said for it.
I think I've mentioned before here that my first bike was an early-60s 125cc Ducati Bronco. It was a totally pedestrian bike, and while it had a number of engineered-in issues, it was still a lot of fun for a 17-year old's first bike.
.
I don't know anything about this other than the obvious but it is way cool!
Was never a fan of those V twins, if you had a spill it looked like the break down van for the damage to the engine.
M5Rick wroteMy last bike was a 1979 Honda CX500 V-twin and I know just what you mean. Fortunately I never had a spill! Was never a fan of those V twins, if you had a spill it looked like the break down van for the damage to the engine.

Llarry wroteShaft drives were popular with the city bike couriers when I worked in the city, in particular the Kawasaki 550GT's which are almost bullet proof in reliability. It was -- sort of a Japanese BMWish bike.
