Not with a 14K marking on the back. Means it is a real gold watch.

I bounced it off other watches I found with the same markings. Just because it has 14k on it doesn’t mean it’s actually 14k (it’s supposed to but there are a lot of fraudsters out there). That’s why jewelers still verify every time

Many watchmakers do renderings of watches with the BMW logo on it, either under license or pirated. Some are given as swag to customers by the dealer.
Here's mine made by ICE. Less than $100 in value.

This very same watch is also sold under the Stauer brand. They advertise heavily in car magazines and offer many types.

I think that not having the roundel means that OP's watch is not official BMW licensed, but that is just an assumption. Perhaps it is older and made before their marketing nazi's got tough about branding.
