Any thoughts appreciated. Rare specs. Still mulling over DCT

Seems fair to me

For that spec, especially no hump, that is a fair price if all the wear and tear is better than average. And by better than average no funky smells or fragrance to cover it up, minimal scratches, a couple door dings are ok, no significant surface rust underneath, maintenace records (either on paper/or on a Carfax), etc.

If you look at the last photo there are spanners in the trunk typically used for coil overs. Given this I would want to take a closer look at the car. Also the steering wheel seems a little rough; might just be the photo.
