is there a breakdown of all the main bushings in the suspension? i'm trying to maximize dropping the rear subframe and swap out as many rubber / old ones for solid / spherical / poly new ones as possible, but i can't seem to figure out the full list (as well as what's worth upgrading)

what i have so far:
- aluminum sold subframe bushings from BW
- powerflex black diff bushing (though I think i just got the big one, the smaller ones weren't listed as part of the kit)
- looking at monoballs for the rear trailing arms (https://www.bimmerworld.com/Suspension-Steering/Camber-Caster-Parts/BimmerWorld-E8X-E9X-Trailing-Link-Bearing-Set_2.html) though i can't tell the difference between these and the lemforder ones from FCP euro (https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-trailing-arm-spherical-bearing-set-fcp-euro-33326763092sm)
- anything else that matters?

For front, the only rubber bushing is the big one on the front tension arm (the curved one). Replace that with monoball and you're done.

There's a great deal now Precision Works monoballs.

Re diff bushes I believe front and rear are sold separately. I have Powerflex purple diff bushes front and rear.

Bam. That’s exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
Do read the rear sphericals thread til the end as there's been some new longer term testing info in the later pages.
