I've only had the car a few months and I've been chasing a tpms light since I got it. The pigtail for the right front trigger module was missing, there was scrapes on the bottom of the bumper cover so I assume it was ripped out. I traced back and found the wires. I bought another pigtail and soldered the wires. At the pigtail plug I am getting 12v, ground and I assume the signal wire is good now too. I bought a pair of tpms triggers (one as a spare) from the same year M3. I am still getting the same codes and it says tire pressure malfunction on the screen. I can hit reset but that doesn't appear to be doing anything (yes I'm doing a 10+ minute drive after I press reset). The tire codes are as follows with the descriptions that are on my scanner.
604E tire pressure monitor system
6050 front right transmission
D105 K-CAN line fault
I can clear them and they immediately come back. These are the same codes that were on it originally, nothing changed after installing the pigtail and trigger module.
Furthermore I do have a snap on TPMS4 too and all the sensors in the tires are reading. So I know it's not an issue with the sensor in the tire.
