Looking for info and/or previous NH owner E93, 6spd

Looking to buy this for my daughter and don't want to end up with a headache as far as RB and also TA not yet serviced/replaced.

Also, anyone chime in on how much I should offer selling dealer; they're asking $15,500 obo. Much appreciated.

Are you sure you want your daughter driving something that has this kind of power and looks like its been in at least one accident. Plus has high miles.
This will probably be a money pit and not very reliable for her...
