Chihuahua wrote Hard disagree. There are too many races, and WAY too many street circuits. Scarcity creates value. Give me sub-20 race seasons again, it's getting out of control. Current formula is god-awful too. 25+ year F1 fan and I hardly watch right now.
I started watching around 1995 and stopped watching regularly after the 2018 season when they introduced the halo. I still watch a few races now and then, but I just can't get excited anymore.
Can't overtake
Can't hear the engines
Can't refuel
Can't have women on the grid
Can't see (because of the stupid carbon fiber thong)
Can't celebrate with Champagne
Can't curse
I know it's a boomer take, but I just think it's lost some of that drama and excitement that it used to have.
Allow the drivers to fight a bit more, there is too much investigating over every single little thing, relax, let them race. And I don't care about energy generation and expensive hybrid drivetrains, I just want some proper racing with a good soundtrack. Bring back the V8's.
