Hey guys, car just left mechanic's shop for DCT + engine oil service (2011, 130k miles).

First thing I noticed was a super loud whine from the compartment that was not there before. Initially, the sound got louder when I turned the wheel, so I check powersteering fluid and turns out it was low, so I refilled it. Now, the sound doesn't get louder when turning the wheel (and it's a bit quieter after I put in the new fluid), but it's still audible. Any help on whether this is a PS pump, belt, or a pulley issue?

Here is a youtube video, sorry I was unable to figure out how to upload as an actual video and not a youtube short.

Thanks in advance!
Remove one of the accessory belts start the car and see if the sound is there.
I should add that at your mileage, you probably should refresh all your pulleys and tensioners.
It sounds intake related (more of a swoosh than a whine), but they obviously shouldn’t have touched the plenum with an oil change or dct service. If I have someone work on my car and there is something new there that wasn’t there prior, I head right back and have them address it.
