Hoping to get some advice here. I took off my intake plenum the other day and by accident broke the pinch C connector on the rear right side (as looking toward the engine) bottom. I believe this is for the Secondary air pump. I superglued the C clamp back together but it doesn't seem to do much. I tried to use some cord to pull this hose back up into the plenum and tied it off.

I am attaching a picture I found with the clamp circled (not my car but just pic I found).

On cold start there is some noise for a few seconds and throws MIL with code 1412 which appears to be large leak to secondary air pump. So I guess this connection is leaking.

How would you suggest fixing this? The short hose that has this plastic C connector doesn't look easy to replace.

Thanks for your help!

That hose connects to the idle control valve (ICV).

Link to part.
The hose you put the red square around is the air hose for the idle control valve. Part #13417839097 It is not hard to replace at all, especially if the plenum is off already.
