Yes, I'll try to keep the price as low as possible. It might be a bit more but not by much.

Installation of the front camera should take around 1h and it shouldn't be hard. As with all DIYs that I post, I try to eliminate unnecessary steps and shorten you installation time. I always use only "my own pictures" and I always try doing it a few different ways before I post it online to make sure it will work the best for everyone. Sometimes it takes more time to post DIYs but I don't want you guys do to a monkey job.

A few qns from my side:

1. Is there a way to watch tv in '08 M3s? In other words can somebody connect an aerial with the multimedia unit to watch local tv?

2. What kind of devices can be connected to the multimedia unit in order to watch movies and how are these controlled? Are htese controlled centrally via the iDrive or localy via the actual external unit itself?

3. Can we see a picture of the rear view camera image when the bumper is getting closer to an object / wall? Something like as close as, say, 10cm / 4inch?

Things like "Play", "Stop", "Pause" would have to be controlled via your devise.

3. Can we see a picture of the rear view camera image when the bumper is getting closer to an object / wall? Something like as close as, say, 10cm / 4inch? - This is the only pictures that I have for now, but can take more for you.
