The car could be in better condition for such low miles (some scuffs on leather and on trunk and bumper around loading area), nail scratches on door handles and DCT pedals etc). But tires, brakes etc are in practically new condition.

$50k (minus the 4k equity in my 08 335i) so $46k + ttl actually came out to about 1k more than what i paid for my 08 335 coupe that i bought brand new. :happyanim:

Bought it from Autobahn BMW in Ft.Worth, previous owner has 3-4 cars through them and trades in cars when he is bored with them the guy (Oil company exec) generally only bought Porsches but wanted to try the new M3, didnt really like it and traded it in on a new 911 tt so i feel i got a pretty sweet deal. :D

$68,000 - Exactly what I wanted to pay. Literally. Told my SA that's all that I would pay and got it. Fair deal, I thought. I believe it was $1,500 above dealership cost.
I'll show you my hand

When purchased: 6/2010

Miles:9000
Options: every option under the sun except DCT, park distance, and 19 inch wheels (window was $67k)

$46k out the door (excluding taxes), cash, no trade

I estimate as of now, 10k miles E90 M3s should be trading in at around $45k and dealer only auction may be around $43-$44.
I think it's a great deal to pick up a used one today.
