Same here...it's driving me nuts. As a forum admin myself, I understand about trying to keep spammers out, but man is it a pain.

Why is not working the PM, I'm getting the same message "In order to use the PM system and be a full fledged member of this community, you will have to make 4 post replies and wait 1 hour for your account to be upgraded." even if I have more than 12 posts and it pass more than 12 hours from the first 5.

Same problem for me, I guess mods are no online and the process needs to be manually activated.

Stuck with no PM too
