Not sure about the UK, but the Saga/S-plus are probably the go-to for new now. The SL has been discontinued. There is still some SL stock around, like thru System motorsports, but finishes and sizes may be limited. The 10.5 ET30 is going to be for F8x fitment, I would go with the 9.5 ET20/10.5ET20 if you're looking for a staggered setup or a 10.5 ET20 square. As for differences between them all, including the Saga vs S-Plus, SM has a great article covering this:

System Motorsports don't ship to UK unfortunately, so I'm going to have to import new from Japan - and 10.5 ET 20 aren't available from Rays anymore.

I may have to go 9.5 ET20 / 10.5 ET30 and add a 10-15mm spacer on the rear.
