How to change your username

You may change your username, by using our username change request form:


1) Goto your USER Control Panel (USERCP)
2) On the left hand column, click on 'change your username'

do you give up your old username or does it allow you to keep that one in storage up to a few names?

I'd like to change my username as well. But it says I don't have permission! Is this because I'm a new user? Can a moderator change it for me please?

Just got an e90.. I'd like to start new and change my user name (or delete my profile and start new).. I don't have permission and unable to PM a moderator..

I have a question, i sent a message using the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page. I'll post it on here too since I haven't received a response.

Could you please change mine to Stormtrooper? I tried to search it, and no posts or threads come up by that user so i'm assuming it has never been used. But apparently it's been registered, as when I try to change the username myself it says that it's not available. I'm trying to change all my usernames to be the same on all car forums i'm on so it's not as confusing and more creditable when i have the same name on different forums. It's also Stormtrooper on M3forum. If that account is not being used, could it be deleted so the username is available?

SOS....SOS....My original account (murphius1118) was hacked and my profile was hijacked by a person named Hadev who immediately tried to sell something under my profile. I had to create this new profile in order to communicate with anyone on this forum...specifically any administrators Mark who can help me out. Can someone please contact me via my email murphius1118@yahoo.com so I can get my old profile back? I have since notified a fellow forum member 1QuikWS6 who alerted the admins and my hacked account was suspended and the status is currently BANNED under the Hadev profile name.
