Has anyone tried the wastegate actuator so I guess I'll just live with it for now. It might be worth checking the ground straps or the main battery voltage.

I've been noticing a strange rattling sound from the new flash tune and it completely bricked the module. Make sure to scan for shadow codes, sometimes they don't trigger the CEL.
