If you recently put on inlets and have problems with your tial fluttering or other abnormalities then you likely need to open up that orifice. This was mentioned in one of the first inlet threads and the solution was to open up that vac line, for future reference.

On the verge of replacing turbos and going with inlets, thanks for that bit of info..! I was going to go DV but I miss my old HKS SSQ so I'm going to be going with a BOV setup and will definitely open up that vac line on the IM, seeing as it's solved many issues..
