I've got fully comp on both our mini and E90, never had any issues claiming for both cars. Even things such as wheel bearings and clutch/flywheel replaced for free. My E90 went in for a new clutch/flywheel with 19 bbs ch's, kw coilovers, 6 pot brakes and they never questioned it or tried to get out of paying.
They really have been great and I wouldn't have a BMW without the extended warranty now. Worth every penny in my opinion
