I tried 640i & 640d and much preferred the power delivery of the 640d.
I'm doing a road trip to Paris in a couple weeks and i had to get their emissions sticker to drive in Paris. My car falls into banding 2. (1 being best, 5 being worst). Quite surprised by that actually but my EURO5 straight 6 turbo diesel is certainly not as pollutant as i first thought - even by strict french emission laws.
