"bell housing inspection hole I noticed the anti friction material thats dark a cloth looking was all mashed together and I pulled some of the fabric out of the inspection hole"
So, you're saying there is fabric debris inside your bellhousing?
Pull the transmission off. I don't really see how that is related to the clutch choke.
