Is there is anyone help me about On my MY 320d G20 the instrument cluster unexpectedly switched to showing an X5.

At the same time this happened, I noticed a few other features started behaving differently:
The central display area in the instrument cluster is now blank (before it would show the map or assisted driving view).
The BC button no longer does anything.
The menu button for the heads up display no longer does anything (before it would show media controls, etc).
Navigation directions no longer show up on the heads up display.

All the cluster issues started when i took it to the dealership and after they replaced my SOS telecommunications,.the BMW dealership discovered my Cluster showing X5.and BC button doesn't do anything and I open case BMW South Africa ,about two months investigation BMW SA says they can't fixed the issues, they said I had to replace my cluster.i wonder i took my car to dealership fixed telecommunications systems, now why i must change the cluster.how they broke my cluster or they scams with me make extra money.
