New to the forums. Just bought my 2025 BMW M3, got the base bc I needed the manual

Trying to self-install a valve controller because youtube made it look super easy. But I can't get this plug unplugged

Anybody know how? Does that rectangle slide down? Do I just press on it?

I tried pressing on if and wiggling for half an hour but had to go.

If anybody has seen this and unplugged it and has any advice, I'd greatly appreciate. Will try again in the AM.
