If the temperatures stay low Mercedes could give McLaren a run for their money.

Mercedes CEO Ola Kallenius weighs in on Max Verstappen rumours
https://www.f1oversteer.com/news/mer...s-replacement/
Ola Kallenius is the chairman and CEO of Mercedes-Benz, and while he doesn’t have a huge say in what goes on at the track, his opinion is extremely valuable.
Speaking to Sky Germany over the Austrian Grand Prix, he said: “The best drivers want to drive the best cars. Our job is to put together the best possible package, and as for Max, I think he would look good in silver…”.
It’s believed that Verstappen is ‘liked’ within Mercedes’ Stuttgart headquarters, and his popularity and image would create ‘added value’ for the team.

So, PIA is the points leader. Shouldn't he get the trick system first

I'd be pissed

both were offered the system but Piastri didn't like the expected lack of feel of the front end or something so he didn't want to use it

doesn't mean he won't want it after seeing Lando ace the last race without even running in FP1

Ola? I nearly said she..Kallenius is saying a script written out a hundred times before to make it sound pro-active without actually giving it meaning.

Also a lukewarm reception by Toto after he won the race the next day (4th race win of his career). Kimi, on the other hand, got praised by Toto for finishing P3:

Russell joking during the Canadian post-race press conference - when referencing Paul Ripke as "this crazy German" whose regularly invited by Mercedes F1 - that he'll need some income for next year as he will have no contract ...with the camera quickly panning to Verstappen.

only when he was within triple DRS. Lando then broke DRS by pitting and he never got close after than.
