Front KW Coil-over

I currently have ST front coil overs (KV1 equivalent) and KV3 rear coil-over. I am very happy with the spring rates and dampening characteristics of the KV systems. My front ST shocks have at least 50,0000 Km. I am looking for newer KV shocks for the front as I need to replace the strut bearings and do some other work with the front suspension.

Does anyone have any KV/ST front shocks with less than 20,000 km that they are looking to sell? I am willing to consider all versions, but if they are not the ST/KV1 I would need to purchase the matching springs.

Please let me know if you are looking to sell.

I'll be pulling my 19k mile Street Comforts (now called V2 Comforts) off shortly. These are the only KW system to have linear springs front & rear. I'm the original owner and got them straight from KW in 2022.

I am curious about your choice of linear springs. What were the advantages over progressive springs in a daily driver? Are the shocks adjustable for Rebound/compression?

I know you have done a lot of suspension work. What are you moving on to?

I think I saw your for sale posting. Let me think about these.

Linear springs definitely have the performance edge over progressive. They're more consistent and often use less travel on undulations. They're typically a little more communicative on small stuff so that can be annoying to some if the main priority is comfort but it's definitely what a lot of people prefer. The valving on these is softer than the V series coils so they're still super comfortable. It's a very interesting setup and if you watch Fat Cat Motorsports, you'll see that these have a lot of the "rally car" type characteristics that he likes. These are rebound adjustable like the V2s.

I picked up a used set of TC Klines with Swift springs--always wanted to try that setup and found a good deal on here so I'm gonna throw those on soon.
